Organizational Objectives

1. To provide a separate building for boys and girls from twelve years and above in future.
    
2. To organize weekly staff meeting to share children focused problems and follow up the progress of the child.
    
3. To arrange and provide appropriate training to the staff and childcare workers to increase their knowledge on child psychology and institutional development
    
4. To instill public awareness and respect for the lives and rights of underprivileged children.
    
5. To link up and network with other NGO’s with similar objectives and to comply with the Government requirements concerning Childcare.
    
6. To maintain and produce quarterly accounts on request and audit accounts annually by a Chartered accountant.
    
7. To submit half yearly progress reports on the home to donors and well-wishers.
